zoOm begins nationwide anchor hunt

Ropes in Safi as presenting sponsor; Radio City as radio partner; to accept online registration only

Bollywood Channel zoOm and SAFI, the trusted skin companion of every modern teenage girl, have announced the launch of ‘SAFI presents zoOm Anchor Hunt 2011’. The search was announced at Taj Lands End on October 18, 2011. Gorgeous ‘Dia Mirza’ was present at the conference to announce the countrywide search for the most glamorous and sensational anchor for zoOm.

‘SAFI presents zoOm Anchor Hunt’ is the nationwide hunt for a girl who has the look and oomph coupled with great personality, confidence and attitude poised to be the newest face on zoOm. For the pan-India contest, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chandigarh and Pune would play host to the regional auditions.

The winner of the ‘SAFI presents zoOm Anchor Hunt’ will win an exclusive one year contract with zoOm. Besides this the winner will also become the Face of the SAFI campaign for the next season.

The selected candidates will then move on to compete at the regional level. The regional rounds will see an anchor from zoOm judging the contestants’ confidence, style and their wit while facing the camera.

Successful candidates will move to the final round. The exciting finale will take place in Mumbai, home of the glamour and entertainment industry.
