Mindshare and Mediacom secure 2 nominations each; Lintas Media Group, Lodestar UM and Maxus get one shortlists each

The Festival of Media Asia 2011 has announced the shortlists for the inaugural awards in the Asia Pacific region where Indian agencies have secured 7 nominations in 5 categories. Mindshare and Mediacom have secured 2 nominations each while Lintas Media Group, Lodestar UM and Maxus have got one nominations each.
In its first year FOMA received over 400 entries in its first year. This year's shortlist has been decided by festival’s panel of key Asia Pacific media and marketing professionals, led by Rahul Welde, vice president media, Unilever.
With entries from 16 countries across the Asia Pacific region, Australia, China and Singapore lead the way in the shortlist showcasing brands from adidas, Coca-Cola, Nokia, Rexona, to Xbox Kinect.
Uniquely positioned to bring together Asia’s most influential marketers, media owners and media agency networks, the 2-day Festival will combine a high-level conference and exhibition with networking sessions and a unique awards ceremony. The winners of The Festival of Media Asia Awards will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner on Tuesday 15 November 2011 at The Grand Ballroom at the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.
