CNBC-TV18 launches Global Turmoil: View from the Continent

A Unique Programme evaluating the impact of the European Crisis on India

The concern about rising government deficits and debt levels across the globe together with a looming Eurozone sovereign debt crisis has created an alarm in the global financial markets. This turmoil in Europe may have its contagion effect on other economies across the world, including India.

In an eight episodes special series – 'Global Turmoil: View from the Continent', Udayan Mukherjee, Managing Editor, CNBC-TV18 visits London to engage with the some of the finest investing minds to analyse and evaluate the impact of the turmoil currently gripping Europe on India. He will seek answers to questions such as - Will the global cyclical developments impact India's long term growth? Are global markets promising high returns in the long run for India? What will the global turmoil mean for emerging economies?
