Milestone Brandcom has strengthened its Strategy & Planning team by bringing on board Sheetal Jain as Associate Vice-president. She brings with her 11 years of experience in marketing and advertising communication in companies and agencies like Reliance Communication, Ogilvy & Mather and Brand David.
Jain has been mandated to help create brand wealth for Milestone clients, and chart a new course for brand activation and customer engagement in the OOH media.
Commenting on the appointment, Nabendu Bhattacharyya, Managing Director, Milestone Brandcom, said, “Sheetal makes a marvellous addition to the Milestone team. Having considerable experience on both sides of the fence – agency and client – her experience in 360-degree marketing, media and communication coupled with PR will be a terrific asset as we build momentum for the group. Milestone is all set to expand in the area of experiential marketing, brand activation and retail solutions.”
Said Jain about her new assignment, “I look forward to contributing to the new initiatives of Milestone. OOH is set to go digital in a big way in the near future to make it an exciting and interactive medium next only to pure digital media.”
In her last assignment Jain was Senior Brand Manager at Reliance Globalcom, the international connectivity services division of RCOM. During her five-year tenure with RCOM, she conceptualised the go-to-market strategy for product launches and implemented brand campaigns across various consumer touch points.
Prior to RCOM, she was Account Director with Brand David Communications. She worked with clients such as HPCL, Yatra.com, Mid-day and Singapore Tourism Board.
She spent her initial years in Ogilvy & Mather’s Landscape division, servicing key clients such as ITC, Hutch, Star TV, DCB Bank, Nat Geo, Radio City and Coke.
