Ministry of Defence scouts for creative & media partner
The Ministry of Defence has called for a pitch to select agencies for a 360-degree campaign across media to project the Army as a career option. The account size is Rs 15 crore.

The Ministry of Defence has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from agencies for production of quality ads for TV, radio, mobiles, Internet and print for an “image projection campaign” to project the Army as a career option. The account size is Rs 15 crore. There are no incumbent agencies.
The account also involves suggesting a media plan and provision of an end-to-end candidate relationship management solution.
The last date for receiving the EOIs is September 19, 2011. The date of presentation of shortlisted agencies is September 30. It is learnt that the first round of presentations will take place in the first week of November.
The bidder must have valid INS accreditation and registered office in India, with a liaison office in Delhi/ NCR. The bidder must have a minimum turnover of Rs.75 crore per year.
