UTV Movies ties up with multi-starrer ‘Aarakshan’

The channel to showcase the ‘Aarakshan film festival’ from 8th to 12th August.

It’s time for some high voltage entertainment with the ‘Aarakshan film festival’ on UTV Movies, as the channel associates with the much awaited socio-political drama. Taking forward the essence of the film Aarakshan, the channel presents a 5 day festival showcasing super hit movies featuring the stars of the film from 8th to 12th August every evening at 4pm.

The festival will feature the cast of the film through handpicked movies which depict the values represented by the stars in Aarakshan. Amitabh Bachchan who stands for family values will be seen in Bhootnath – a family entertainer, Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone who bring out the spirit of love will be seen in Qurbaan and Chandni Chowk to China respectively. Prateik Babbar starrer Jaane Tu Ya Jane Ya will portray the values of friendship and Manoj Bajpai’s Shool will depict greed prevalent in the bureaucratic system.

The ‘Aarakshan film festival’ takes forward the proposition of Jeeyo festivals which associate with popular celebrities and soon to release movies through dedicated film festivals. The channel has earlier celebrated eight Jeeyo Festivals around superstars like Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and recently also tied up with blockbusters like Double Dhamaal and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara to showcase festivals featuring the actors of the films . The festival will be promoted through integrated promos on-air, mailers, social media and ambient branding in multiplexes.

    Why the reservation is compulsory in all the govt. exams & jobs, don't you think it should be judge by the candidates performance providing equal rights and oppurtunities to every caste, we are in 21st century but still people looking for an reservation as an excuse why General catagories have less numbers of attempt to appear for an UPSC where in SC/St has no limits why this discrimination???4. Why there is so long procedure to select civil servants why not this procedure applicable for the selection of the MP/MLA who seats in the Lok Sabha because they win the election after made fake commitment spoil the public money for do the elcetion and having Zero knowledge about any particular field except few but know how to consume public money, why ask them please an telll??Why caste reservation is not replace by the women reservation whic is really important because in our country women treat as a sex doll, birth machine which is ridiculuous, so every politician needs to think over it before point out oon this moviePrakash Jha did great job which not a single director can do....
