Sony launches Comedy Ka Naya Daur

Sohail Khan debuts on Television with the fresh season of Comedy Circus; the show takes 9 pm slot on Sundays.

Sony Entertainment Television has brought the fresh season of Comedy Circus: Comedy Ka Naya Daur which hit the television screen on yesterday. The popular show which is running successfully for the past 4 years with twelve entertaining seasons is back with mad cap entertainment featuring a spanking new set of talents and a new host in Reshmi Ghosh who are all ready to take the most humorous show on television to its next level.

With a change of judge, format and talents, Comedy Ka Naya Daur lives up to its title and brings actor, director, producer SOHAIL KHAN shouldering the judging responsibilities with Archana Puran Singh. While Vishakha Dugrah and Mantra, Mahi Vij and Suri, Priya Raina and Ather are the new set of celebrities and talent respectively who will try their hand in comedy for the first time on Television, whereas on the format front, Comedy Circus veterans will be paired up with a celebrity mentoring a team of celebrity and new talent.

So Kapil, Krushna and Bharti will team up with Ankita Lokhande, Sudesh and Siddharth to mentor Vishakha and Mantra, Suri and Mahi Vij, Priya Raina and Ather to bring you unusual rib tickling comedy, perfect for weekend viewing. The elimination for the forthcoming season will be based on the cumulative score.
