Scribble Media & Entertainment Pvt Ltd (Scribble Media) has introduced a novel concept in bringing postnoon, Hyderabad's First Afternoon Compact Daily which is the first-of-its-kind afternoon English daily in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

postnoon hit the newsstands on 14th July, 2011 with a print run of 30,000 copies. The afternooner is available at a cover price of Rs. 2.00 on weekdays from Monday to Friday while on Saturdays and Sundays, the issue is priced at Rs 3.00.

With 32 colour pages of hyper-local, national and international, entertainment, sports, lifestyle, health, fashion and business news; postnoon offers a succinct mix of national, international news interspersed with local information. The compact daily is designed to appeal to teens / college students, corporate executives, homemakers, business and retired persons. The articles are concise and precise so that the reader can take in all the key facts quickly, and news is chosen for its relevance to the lives of its target audience and for its ability to stimulate the readers.

Talking about the launch in Hyderabad, Kulwinder Singh, Chief Executive Officer, postnoon, says, "Numerous reports and key indicators demonstrate that compact newspapers are becoming the norm in global cities and we are very excited to bring postnoon to capture this trend and bring a new concept.
