Delhi dudes â mostly loud and aggressive or also large hearted? Bengali men â all fascinatingly creative, intellectual⊠and a bit of mamaâs boys too? Are Goan men totally laidback or have they cracked it early in life? Join supermodel, Indrani Dasgupta and spunky actress, Sugandha Garg as they attempt to decipher Indian men while undertaking a journey across the length and breadth of India for FOX History & Travellerâs new edgy show, âWhatâs With Indian Men?â
Premiering on June 4, 2011 at 10 pm, the show promises a memorable journey and some unforgettable encounters with men every Saturday night. Sugandha and Indrani travel to 10 different Indian cities including Delhi, Amritsar, Jaipur, Kolkata, Goa, Mumbai, Varanasi, Guwahati, Kochi and Ahmedabad to understand what makes Indian men tick.
âWhatâs With Indian Men is not your usual travel show where the anchors stay in luxury resorts or rough it out to explore new destinations. It is all about finding out how these cities have shaped their men. It was a new experience for me, far from the glitz and glamour of the fashion world. Sugandha and I discovered something new and interesting everyday about the men in this countryâ, said, Indrani.
Sugandha added, âBeing a part of this show was like doing a doctorate on Indian men. We left all our inhibitions aside while interviewing the guys and were amazed with their candid confessions. The result is an exciting ten-part series that is packed with a lot of humour, travel and some amazing revelationsâ.
Speaking about the concept, Debarpita Banerjee, Vice President, Marketing, FOX International Channels said, âWhatâs With Indian Men is a fresh and exciting concept; something that has never been seen on Indian television before. The show is laced with wit and stimulating conversations between our sassy hosts and the men they encounter in their ultimate pursuit to decode the mind of the other gender, and the geography they belong to!â
This is a very DEROGATORY show about Indian men. In fact the title of the show raises a Question about - What is with Indian men ? And the 2 hostesses are horrible. Much of the show talks about the place rather than the Men.
