Dentsu India Group finds its head in Rohit Ohri
Although Ohri is a replacement for Sandeep Goyal, he will not have any share in Dentsu India like Sandeep Goyal.

The Dentsu India Group today announced the appointment of Rohit Ohri as Executive Chairman, Dentsu India Group. Based out of Dentsu India Group's India Headquarters in Gurgaon, Rohit will report in to Senior Vice President Yuzuru Kato of Dentsu Inc., at the Global Headquarters in Tokyo. Rohit joins from JWT India where he was Managing Partner.
Although Ohri is considered as a replacement for Dentsu India's Ex-Chairman Sandeep Goyal, he will not have any share in Dentsu India like Sandeep Goyal.
As Executive Chairman, Dentsu India Group, Rohit Ohri will spearhead all Dentsu India Group companies and India business. Working in close conjunction with the leadership team in India and Tokyo, he will be responsible for the organization's strategy and growth in India. Ohri will also lead the charge on the Group's various initiatives in corporate branding, organizational development and people management in compliance with Dentsu Inc.'s best practices across its global network.

Rohit Ohri has nearly twenty-four years of experience in advertising communications, twenty-one of which were spent at JWT, India. Following his very successful seven-year stint as head of the PepsiCo–JWT relationship in Central Asia, he was designated Managing Partner for JWT Delhi in 2005. Over the last six years, Ohri has led the enormous success of JWT's Delhi Office, making it the largest and most profitable branch in Asia Pacific, and one of the top ten JWT offices globally.
