ZEEL elevates Joy Chakraborthy to Executive Director - Revenue & Niche Channels

Joy Chakraborthy has been elevated to the Executive Director - Revenue & Niche Channels at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL). Joy was Chief Revenue Officer for Zee TV and Chief Operating Officer for Niche Channels.

Along with this, DNA's sales and revenue head Jitesh Rajdeo will continue reporting to Joy. Jitesh had recently moved to DNA to head its ad sales and business functions under the leadership of Joy.

Joy's job responsibility involves maximization of the company's value share through ensuring quality service to business constituents, strategizing and initiating value innovations. In addition to Media Sales, he is also the business unit head of niche channels - perception drivers channels of Zee Network.

Over and above Zee, Joy has rich experience of 15 years in strategic media sales across media organization like The Times of India Group and Star Network. His academic armory includes graduation from National Defense Academy, Masters in Marketing Management from NMIMS and, more recently, the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
