What's-On-India has announced a new suite of Electronic Program Guide solutions for Connected Devices and Platforms. This new offering called EPG-On-The-Cloud, is a suite of on-demand EPG services that are designed to enable innovative new TV Guidance products and applications for connected devices and platforms launching in the country.

A host of Electronic Giants & Media Corporations are launching connected devices/services such as IPTV, Smart TVs, Mobile TV, Web TV, OTT Boxes, Broadband Connected Set-Top-Boxes, etc to enhance and deliver TV content. What's-On-India EPG-On-The-Cloud is a complete suite of web services that includes metadata, recommendations, ratings, search, poster-arts, translated EPGs and user behavior personalization routines. With these services, consumer electronic (CE) manufacturers, service providers (including Telcos launching IPTV and Mobile TV), online, mobile and other application developers can quickly deploy a differentiated TV search and EPG offerings that enhance the connected TV experience.
