publive-imageBusiness Head of Sony Entertainment Television Ajit Thakur has moved on from the organization forcing Multi Screen Media to make key organizational changes. Thakur is moving to Singapore for his personal reasons and may take some international role within MSM later on.

Sneha Rajani, who currently heads MAX, is being appointed as the Sr. EVP & Business Head of MSM's flagship channel SET (Sony Entertainment Television). Sneha has been with MSM for more than a decade and has been instrumental in taking MAX to the level where it is today. She has also been the key force behind making IPL one of the biggest successes for MSM. Sneha's move to SET is a clear example of the organisation's policy of rewarding its best people and putting them in the most challenging roles. Sneha will continue to manage all operations pertaining to the IPL and film acquisitions.

Neeraj Vyas, who currently heads Ad Sales for GECs, will now move to MAX as EVP & Business Head for the channel. Neeraj is also an old-timer at MSM and has played several key roles within MSM's Ad Sales structure. He has played an important role in growing revenues for SET and thus contributing in a big way to the success of the Network. Neeraj's move sets another example of the organisation giving opportunities to its top performers beyond their core functions.
