Saturday evening at a glittering ceremony at Taj Lands End in Mumbai which marked the end of the World HRD Congress 2011, GroupM broke into the golden league of the Top 10 employer brands of the country. GroupM improved its last year ranking of 15 to a rank of 7th this year! Backed with a string of people initiatives in talent management and learning that were initiated in 2010 we clinched this position beating several biggies of the corporate world!

A total of 487 Organizations competed for the honors from which 40 were ranked based on their focus on people. Organizations like  HUL, LG, Standard Chartered, ICICI, Yes Bank, L & T, Mac Donalds, Tata Motors, Aircel, HDFC, Hero Honda, Essar, E& Y, Tata Teleservices, Infosys BPO, Aditya Birla Minacs to name a few competed fiercely at this event.
