Simultaneously, an electoral college consisting of eminent personalities will vote for their choice. The Electoral College vote constitutes 50% weightage. An elite jury of Padma awardees will then select five individual winners of all five categories on the basis of the citizen and electoral college votes and decide who amongst the five will be honoured with 'CNN-IBN Indian of the Year 2010'.
