CNN-IBN Lines-up Year End Specials

Brings extensive programming that captures the highlights of 2010.

As the countdown to the New Year begins, CNN-IBN will showcase an elaborate line up of year end specials. The programming will encapsulate wide genres that include news, music, bollywood, sports and much more.

The specials that are lined up include the following:

CHRISTMAS WITH THE CHOIR: The show will have the Shillong Chamber Choir making a musical performance which will sway you to their tunes. The show will be telecast on 25th December @ 9:30 AM and 10:30PM.

Ideas 2010: The year 2010 has been generous with ideas that matter. The year has seen growing environmental initiatives, emergence of the new media and social networking. The show will present the top concepts and breakthrough ideas of the year 2010 and a panel discussion hosted by Sagarika Ghose. Watch the show on 27th December @ 10:00 PM.

Devil's Advocate: Through the year 2010, Karan Thapar enjoyed playing the Devil's Advocate. In this special that marks a role reversal, watch Suhel Seth play the Devil's Advocate with Karan Thapar. This show will be telecast on 31st December @ 8:30 PM.

CRICKET 365: From spot fixing controversy to setting innumerable world records, cricket has grabbed headlines both on & off the field. Watch this show on 31st December @ 7:30 PM to get a complete wrap of all that happened in the world of cricket in the year 2010.

Songs of the Year: The show will be a musical journey to arrive at the Top 12 songs of the year selected on the basis of a nationwide poll on IBNlive.com. The show will be telecast on 29th December @ 10:00 PM.

The Year that Wasn't: This New Year special edition of the show with Cyrus Broacha will be a recap of the best of The Week That Wasn't. This show will be telecast on 31st December @ 9:30 PM.
