Automobile major Maruti Suzuki has appointed Dentsu Creative Impact to handle the creative duties for its upcoming sports sedan car Kizashi. The win comes followed by a formal pitch involving Maruti’s roster agencies Lowe Lintas, Dentsu Creative Impact and Publicis Capital.
Confirming the development with BestMediaInfo.com, Shashank Shrivastava, Chief General Manager, Marketing, Maruti Suzuki said, “We expect dentsu to deliver the fine communication plans as they have been doing in past for WagonR and Eeco brands. We are sure that they will come up with some clutter breaking work for our new brand as well.”
The agency will handle all the creative duties including ATL and OOH while the media duties will be handled by Maruti’s Media Agency Lintas Media Group.
Although Shashank refused to comment on the account size of the business, sources suggest that the car maker will bet big on the brand which will have competition with Honda Civic.
