Indian agencies have bagged 22 metals at 11th Promotion Marketing Awards of Asia (PMAA) 2010 where JWT bagged maximum 3 Gold metals while Jagran Solution and Mudra Max took home 2 Gold metals each.

JWT India won a Dragon for the Best Campaign in India besides 3 Gold and a Silver metal at the PMAA Awards 2010. Godrej Play Win, Live Big; Street to School; Live Now Pay Later for Levi Strauss were the gold winning campaigns from JWT India. Its Godrej Play Win, Live Big campaign was awarded as the best campaign in India.

Jagran Solutions bagged a Gold for Microsoft IE 8-Explore Your Way campaign in Best Use of Direct Marketing & CRM in a Promotion Campaign while another Gold metal was for Deen Dayal Mobile Health Units in Best Cause or Charity Marketing Campaign. It also won a Silver and a Bronze metals.

MudraMax won 2 Gold metals for Aircel campaign and for 7-UP: The Lemon Army campaign. It also won a Silver and 2 Bronze metals.

Hungama Digital Media Entertainment won a Gold for Samsung Marine Digital Launch campaign in Best Digital Communications Campaign category. It also won a Silver metal for Aamir's Birthday Wall campaign for Tata Sky in Best Use of the Internet, Viral or Social Marketing in a Promotion Marketing Campaign category.

Encompass and Solution Digitas won a Silver metal each while Arc Worldwide managed to win a Bronze metal.

Ambika Sharma, Chief Operating Officer, Jagran Solutions was the jury member representing India this year.

“The quality of campaigns this year far surpassed those of the previous years, in particular the focus on result orientation was prevalent in campaigns across all countries. I also saw that there are more brands in a number of industries which participated reflecting on the fact that promotional marketing is gaining a stronger foothold across segments,” said Ambika Sharma.
