DNPA announces appointment of Amar Ujala's Tanmay Maheshwari as its Chairman

Digital News Publishers Association (DNPA) has announced the appointment of Tanmay Maheshwari, Managing Director, Amar Ujala Publications as the Chairman of DNPA.

The appointment came into effect on April 1, 2022. 

DNPA had been under the leadership of Pawan Agarwal, Deputy Managing Director, DB Corp,  as its Chairman from January 2021 – March 2022.  

DNPA also announced that Mariam Mathew, CEO, Manorama Online at Malayala Manorama, will be the new Vice-Chairman and Arijit Chatterjee, Chief Strategy Officer, NDTV, as the Treasurer of the association.

DNPA is an association of the leading media companies, both print and television, in India.  It was constituted in November 2019 with the objective to work collaboratively on defining, creating and fostering the digital news ecosystem in the country and lead into a better and a prosperous digital future.
