Bhutan's cement manufacturer DCCL seeks advertising partner

Invites Expression of Interest from ad and media agencies India to launch 360 degree campaign in East and North-East markets

Dugnsam Cement Corporation (DCCL) of Bhutan has invited Expression of Interest from interested advertising and media consulting agencies from India for advertising activities/services for its planned entry into the Indian market.

The scope of work includes:

1. Designing advertisement campaign including Outdoor Advertisement, Channel Network Advertisement, Print/Electronic Media/FM Radio/ TV/Internet/Mobile, Brochures/Pamphlets Designs and visual effects/Creative, etc.
2. Product launch planning and launching assistance
3. Brand Promotion

DCCL is a cement manufacturing company incorporated under the Companies Act 2000 of Kingdom of Bhutan with a production capacity of 1.36 million tonnes of cement per year. The factory is being set up with state of the art technology imported from India and Germany. The factory is located at Chenkari, Nganglam, Bhutan, which is at an approximate distance of about 150 am from Assam's capital Guwahati.

DCCL will produce and market three types of cement, Ordinary Portland Cement, Portland Pozzolana Cement and Portland Slag Cement, in the eastern markets in India including Assam, West Bengal (northern part), Bihar (east), Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.

The EoI should be delivered by hand post to DCCL office at Nganglam, Bhutan, or at its Transit Office in Patshala, Assam, or via e-mail or fax any time before February 28, 2013. Shortlisted firms will be contacted within seven working days along with Request For Proposal.
