Suryavanshi served his last day at Ogilvy on March 5, and is set to join the new agency on March 14.
He said, “I’m joining L&K Saatchi because they are into a growing stage and I would love to be one of the strongest creative architects on the same. Also, I really connect with Sethna’s vision for the company.”

Armed with 15 years of experience, Suryavanshi started his career at Nam Advertising in 2003 after completing his MBA in advertising and marketing. Moving on to PepsiCo India, he spent a substantial amount of time on the brands side. His love for advertising, though, brought him back to the agency side of business with Interpublicity, where he joined as Senior Strategic Planner in 2006. His next stop was at Everest brand Solutions, where he first tried his hands on creativity as a Creative Supervisor in 2007.
In 2010, he moved on to Leo Burnett as Senior Creative Consultant and was responsible for the creative output of the agency. After that, he spent some time at Interface Communications, Lowe Lintas and BBH, working in various capacities in the creative segment, before joining Ogilvy in 2016.
Suryavanshi has bagged quite a few national and international metals, including Cannes, New York Festival and Abby’s. He has taken to script writing recently and is working on two film scripts.
Suryavanshi believes that his biggest strength lies in the fact that he has worked with both clients and agencies. He said, “Working with PepsiCo and then on the strategic roles in agencies has given me an upper hand among the creative minds.”
