Deepali Naair has joined CK Birla Group as the Group CMO after moving on from IBM India - wherein she spent more than four-and-a-half years.
Naair had joined IBM India in October 2018 as Director- Marketing, India and South Asia (CMO) and was later elevated to the role of Director, Bengaluru Digital Sales Centre and Digital Sales Centre Growth (JAPAC) in February 2022.
During her time at IBM, Naair was responsible for managing brands, performance marketing, product marketing across all business and sales segments for the company including developer marketing in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka alongwith pipeline generation and management as well as contribution to sales.
Previously, Naair served as the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at IIFL Investment Managers for two years starting October 2016 and Chief Marketing Officer at Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India for a period of over two years starting October 2013.
She was also the Country Head- Brand, Customer Service and e-commerce at L&T General Insurance Company from December 2009 to September 2013, Vice President and Head of Marketing at HSBC Asset Management India from August 2006 to December 2009.
Earlier on, Naair was also associated with EMM Group as Consultant, Marico as Marketing Manager, FCB Ulka Advertising as Group Head Account Planning, BPL Mobile Communications as Manager- Marketing and Tata Motors as Senior Officer.
