Bajaj Financial Securities has recently appointed Vishesh Sharma as its first-ever Chief Marketing Officer.
In his new role, Sharma will be responsible for planning and developing the company’s entire marketing infrastructure involving various aspects such as marketing automation, strategy development, and setting-up teams, while accelerating the overall growth of the organisation’s retail and HNI businesses.
He will also be responsible for developing brand campaigns to establish the company's brand presence and reputation, ensuring a seamless transition to Bajaj Financial Securities' leadership phase.
Sharma’s experience spans across diverse marketing disciplines, including brand communication, content marketing, corporate communications, reputation management, product marketing, public affairs and financial education.
His professional career began with The Hindu as a journalist, which expanded further into associations with publications such as Dalal Street Investment Journal and Progressive Media Group. Sharma made the transition to the corporate world and worked with companies including Sharekhan by BNP Paribas and Angel One, before joining Ashika Group as Chief Marketing Officer.
