Dilpreeta Vasudeva has been appointed as Head of Marketing-Business Messaging at Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger).
Vasudeva has previously worked with senior leadership teams of multinational corporations and Indian conglomerates, gaining experience in over seven marketing categories and functional disciplines. Prior to joining Meta, she had founded CMO Access.
Vasudeva will be heading marketing at Meta. She made the announcement through a post on LinkedIn.
“Stoked to join as the Marketing Lead for Business Messaging at Meta - WhatsApp, Instagram & Messenger,” the post read.
Vasudeva previously worked at Bharti Enterprises as the Head of Marketing Transformation, Financial Services. Prior to this, she was associated with Reliance Industries as Head of Marketing-Jio Studios. In the past, she has also worked with Tata Play, Microsoft Corporation, Times Internet, Tech Mahindra and Radisson.
Vasudeva has a master's degree in strategy and marketing from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
