The television industry was shocked by the news of the passing away of Abhay Ojha, Chief Revenue Officer, Zee Media Corporation.
Ojha, 48, suffered a fatal cardiac arrest on Sunday morning. He was rushed to Kailash Hospital in Noida where doctors could not revive him.
Ojha is survived by his wife Bharti Sharma Ojha and his two children.
He recently joined Zee Media Corporation as its Chief Revenue Officer in March.
An alumnus of Delhi University, he began his career with TV Today, and has subsequently worked with Network18, Reliance Boradcast Network, TV9 and News Nation before joining Zee Media.
