A 360° communications and media solutions provider, BlackCab Creative Agency has kicked-off its agency expansion drive by partnering with Interaction Design and MarTech agency Binary Chai, and Immersive Tech agency Radar Agency, in order to expand its reach and services footprint.
Aimed at creating stronger business centres for specialised services in the media solutions space, both Binary Chai and Radar Agency will now be co-owned and operated by BlackCab.
Accordingly, the total team strength has now bumped up to 70+ passionate individuals and BlackCab is on path to take this number to 150+ by the end of this year.
With this move, BlackCab now has an office established in the capital, Delhi, and is slated to expand its geographical presence by creating more creative studios in cities like Bengaluru, Kolkata, Jaipur, Hyderabad, and Chennai, in addition to its headquarters in Mumbai.
While Binary Chai will bring its expertise in Web & App development, Email marketing, SEO and Marketing Automation to fortify BlackCab’s arsenal of media services, Radar Agency will help in leveraging immersive technologies like Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR), thereby helping BlackCab’s list of clients in unlocking unlimited possibilities to interact with their target audience.
As a result of this acquisition, Binary Chai’s founder- Ujjwal Sharma will now be a Partner and CEO of the new Binary Chai- A BlackCab Network Agency and will be spearheading its operations from the Delhi office, that is expected to reach a team strength of 35 by the end of 2022.
Both agencies are expected to shore up BlackCab’s annual revenues by more than half a million USD this financial year and help it to achieve its objective of more than doubling consolidated revenues in FY2022-23.
