Tata Group launches ‘Tata Neu’ super app

The latest super app launched by Tata Digital brings all the Tata apps on one platform

Tata Group has launched the super app – Tata Neu –, which as per the company promises rewarding experiences for the customers. It brings all the Tata apps on one platform, combining the Tata’s traditional consumer-first approach with the modern ethos of technology.

The app launched on Thursday is now available for download on smartphones.

On Tata Neu, the consumers get exclusive access to NeuPass, a rewards program that offers multiple benefits. As per the official statement by Tata Digital, the app is a blend of product commerce, service commerce, and financial services.

N Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Tata Group, said that he was excited about a plethora of their brands being already present on Tata Neu, while several others would join the platform shortly.

A tweet by Tata Group, which carried a message from the Chairman, read, “As the Tata Neu app goes live today, it makes me proud to see so many of our trusted and loved brands Air Asia, BigBasket, Croma, IHCL, Qmin, Starbucks, Tata 1Mg, Tata CLiQ, Tata Play, Westside on the Tata Neu platform already, and Vistara, Air India, Titan, Tanishq, Tata Motors soon to join.”

To which, Pratik Pal, CEO, Tata Digital, added, “The journey of Tata Neu has begun with a cumulative consumer base of 120 million users, 2,500 offline stores, along with an 80 million app footprint across our digital assets. We have over a dozen category-leading consumer brands ranging from electronics, fashion, travel, hospitality, groceries, pharmacy, and financial services. We believe that with Tata Neu, we will create a highly differentiated consumer platform.”
