Umesh Krishna, Director of Marketing at Swiggy has announced his decision to move on from the Indian online food-delivery platform.
Krishna announced his decision through a LinkedIn post.
He was associated with Swiggy for almost five years.
At Swiggy, Krishna was responsible for driving central marketing affairs, driving multimoment marketing, developing brand architecture, brand assets, brand strategy and creative strategy along with cross-functional collaborations.
Prior to Swiggy, he was associated with American Council on Exercise, Ola, Bajaj Auto, Mahindra & Mahindra where he played a variety of roles varying from Marketing Manager to Fitness Coach.
In his latest post on LinkedIn, Krishna said, “I had always imagined that a separation from Swiggy would be painful. However, I walk into my last day at work feeling happy and content. The thing I am most proud of, is that I got to discover and manage some amazing talent who will become industry thought-leaders tomorrow. Signing off as a Swiggster but will remain a Brand watchdog for life.”
