Kinnect Bengaluru hires 'over 50 employees, onboards 12+ clients in 2021'

Kinnect’s Bengaluru office onboarded more than 50 employees during the past six-months based on significant business wins and working cohesively with the FCB network, as per the agency’s claims.

The digital agency’s southern office also stated that it onboarded brands such as TVS Group, Intel, Van Heusen, Peter England, Allen Solly, Louis Phillippe, Forever 21, among others, in the same time-frame.

Over the last 10 years, Kinnect India has expanded to three cities - Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru - and has more than 100 clients across India.

The agency started its operations in Bengaluru in 2019, followed by the Covid-19 outbreak. The region started picking up momentum by June 2021. The office which started with three members now has a team of more than 50 digital experts across verticals who are working under the leadership of Elstan Rebello, Vice-President, Kinnect Bengaluru.

“Bengaluru is where new ideas and thoughts are germinating. So, the future is about working closely with the New Economy brands, Auto, Retail and CPG giants on both the media and creative side of the business. The list of clients is steadily increasing in the region; we are almost sending out one offer each day to weigh out the demand-supply in the most efficient way,” says Chandni Shah, COO, Kinnect.

“In the last 8 months, Kinnect Bengaluru has embarked on a very ambitious journey. We have seen some award-winning work being produced along with growth in our talent force, especially in these past few months. As we move into 2022, we are scaling up to meet the ever-changing digital and media landscape,” Rebello said.

Kinnect’s COO, Shah, believes that the south market, with Bengaluru as the hub will be significant for the agency as they are looking for further expansion in the coming years in southern India.

“We are looking forward to expanding our integrated offering within the region to be the right partners for brands towards their digital transformation journeys. There is a lot of untapped potentials that we can go after, both from the new economy ecosystem and traditional legacy organisations which are increasing their investments in digital, now especially since the Covid era,” she added.

Kinnect Bengaluru recently made a campaign for TVS, it was launched on the occasion of International Day for Elimination of Violence Against Women to bring in awareness and elimination of violence against women.
