As part of its plans to evolve into an end-to-end strategy house, Wolfzhowl Strategic Instigation, the culture and behaviour change lab and brand consultancy firm, has hired Binita Tripathy, a culture-led brand strategist and Prerna Dubey Gupta, a performance marketing-led integrated strategist, to strengthen its current team.

Wolfzhowl Strategic Instigations was founded seven years ago by industry veteran Kalyan Ram Challapalli.

Challapalli, Founder, WolfzHowl Strategic Instigation, said, “The world of brand strategy and consumer engagement has forever changed. The same frame works and the same approaches do not work anymore. Most importantly, the same set of people cut from the same fabric of thinking, interrogating a brand’s problems and opportunities do not work anymore either.”

“At WolfzHowl, we are striving to put together diverse minds and help them cross-learn and cross-fertilise. It is an investment for us into people, as they do not come ready-made. But the intent and integrity of this approach is already bearing us fruits, with clients getting into retainer mode with us and engaging deeper with us as an extended marketing intelligence team. Both Binita and Prerna are at diverse ends of the spectrum of solution-thinking and the rub-off on each other and everybody else at WolfzHowl is exciting. We are and shall always remain people first and that’s the true strength of WolfzHowl,” he added.

Tripathy comes with over eight years of experience of working in advertising planning and strategy for brands across a gamut of categories — food and beverages, BFSI, personal care, fashion, e-commerce, tobacco, content and broadcasting, consumer durables, paint and cement. Her has a degree in Economics and had worked with agencies like Law & Kenneth, L&K | Saatchi & Saatchi, Bates CHI & Company and Publicis Ambience.

"I wanted to be part of the serious amount of depth and the intensity of strategy that WolfzHowl is known for. And I was also greedy to be a part of the diverse brains that work here. The non-conformist in me is really excited about getting the chance to create bespoke strategic frameworks to solve each unique brand and consumer problem at hand," said Tripathy.

Gupta, on the other hand, is a driven performance marketing practitioner who has spent close to 10 years in digital marketing. She has worked across BFSI, real estate, B2B, F&B and tourism industries. She’s worked with companies like Accenture and Social Wavelength and has also been the Branch Head for Windchimes, Mumbai. Her graduation in Mass Media followed by LLB helps her understand boundaries and how to break them.

Gupta said, “Moving from purely performance marketing into brand strategy has been exciting for me. I had been doing some consulting work with Wolfzhowl for quite some time before finally deciding to take the plunge. Exciting work that challenges the notions and makes marketing sharper is what drew me to Wolfzhowl in the first place.”
