Gupta confirmed it via his LinkedIn post. He wrote, “I joined this great company in 1998. Over the last 20 years, it has been my home, my school, my playground, my family and my office. Not only did I get the opportunity to work on some of the biggest and most diverse challenges across multiple functions and product categories, I also got to experience living in five different countries cross three continents. Deep gratitude for everything I experienced, lived and learnt and most of all the wonderful friends I made in this time. Everything I am today, I owe to this beautiful place we call Unilever and the most talented, caring people that make it so. New adventures beckon, new challenges await. So long Unilever. Farewell for now, till we meet again!”
