Gadget discovery website 91mobiles.com has appointed Prajwalita Borah as AVP, Marketing and Business Development. She has earlier worked with Snapdeal, CEB (now Gartner) and McKinsey & Company and has over 10 years of experience in marketing and content.
At Snapdeal, Borah was heading B2B communication and was responsible for managing the brand voice of the company across seller touch points. Her role required her to drive communication campaigns across seller segments for key sales opportunities, with a strong focus on bottom line. At 91mobiles, Borah will work with Nitin Mathur, Co-founder, 91mobiles, to execute marketing programmes that will help drive competitive advantage for 91mobiles.com. Her key responsibility as an Assistant Vice-President at the company will include helping brands and the advertising and media fraternity appreciate the unique value and insights that 91mobiles bring to the table vis-a-vis its competitors. Borah will also contribute actively in establishing 91mobiles as the most preferred site for gadget enthusiasts.
