Burger King has launched a campaign #SettleTheConfusion for its unique offering —the Crispy Veg Burger that can be eaten from both sides.
The film conceptualised by Famous Innovations features real consumers at Burger King outlets and portrays their confusion as the burger is served upside down. Soon consumers realise the same burger tastes different when consumed flipped, because of the order in which the spicy tangy sauce and patty come in.

Not only does the work have to be innovative and world-class, but also true to the brand and effective. Just like our new campaign — which is a habit change more than an ad. Our insight was that today’s young Indians want the most out of every experience. So, they enjoy the same food in different ways. That’s their way of making food fun. Our idea is a quirky version of this approach, by simply flipping the Crispy Veg Burger, it can be enjoyed in two ways — crispy side first or spicy side first. Which is a true expression of the global Burger King philosophy of ‘Have it your way’. We are so excited and look forward to many more to come.”
The film will be supported by digital, outdoor and activation.
