Prasad Kathe, a senior anchor and producer at NDTV, has joined IBN Lokmat as the Editor. IBN Lokmat is a Marathi news channel which is a joint venture between Lokmat and Network 18. At NDTV, Kathe used to produce and anchor shows such as Money Mantra, Marathi ke naam par and Ek bhaiyya dooja Marathi.
He has more than two decades of experience in journalism, a period that has taken him through several newsrooms and imbued him with a sense of perspective on news, politics and life in general.
