Havas Media Group India has entered into a strategic partnership with Kerala-based advertising agency IMC Advertising to strengthen its footprint in the southern Indian market.
Established in 2002, IMC Advertising is based in Kozhikode (Calicut), one of the largest commercial cities of Kerala. The agency is led by A.V Bhanuprakash, Managing Director, Ummer Kutty C.T.P, Executive Director and M.P Ahammed, Chairman. IMC’s current client base comprises Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Malabar Developers, Eham Digital, Malabar Watches, Neerayi Food Court, Cosmos Sports and more, posing a strong regional foothold.
This strategic and business alliance will enable both agencies to maximise their clientele by bringing together synergies of philosophy and service offerings in the southern region. As part of the deal, Havas Media Group will handle the integrated media mandate of Malabar Gold & Diamonds (an estimated business of Rs 50 crore), and further consolidate its presence in the south, which currently comprises brands such as Quikr, BlueStone, Swiggy, Strides Shasun, HolidayIQ, Moneyview, Darshan International and Embassy Group among others.
