17 more Indian finalists at Adfest 2017 on Day 2

Finalists from eight more categories were announced today. BBDO India got the maximum entries from India with six finalists, closely followed Taproot Dentsu with five and McCann Worldgroup India with three finalists

After announcing the finalists for ten categories yesterday, Adfest 2017 today announced the finalists for eight more categories. Sixteen more Indian entries made it as finalists today. Thirty five entries had made it as finalists in ten categories on Day 1.

The categories are: Branded Content and Entertainment Lotus, Direct Lotus, Innova Lotus, Integrated Lotus, Lotus Roots, Mobile Lotus, New Director Lotus and Promo Lotus.

BBDO India had the maximum with six finalists, closely followed by Taproot Dentsu with five finalists and McCann Worldgroup India with three finalists.

Branded Content and Entertainment Lotus:

BBDO India’s ‘Dad’s #ShareTheLoad’ was the only Indian finalist in this category under the sub-category of Best Integrated Campaign.

Direct Lotus:

This category has six Indian finalists. They are: Two finalists each for BBDO India’s ‘Dad’s #ShareTheLoad’ and Leo Burnett’s ‘Memories For Life’, one for McCann Worldwide India’s ‘The Dead Hour’ and one for J Walter Thompson’s ‘Blood Banking’.

Integrated Lotus:

India has two finalists in this category. They are: BBDO India’s ‘Dad’s #ShareTheLoad’ and Taproot Dentsu’s ‘Adidas Odds’.

Promo Lotus:

This category has eight Indian finalists. They are: Two finalists each for BBDO India’s ‘Dad’s #ShareTheLoad’ and Taproot Dentsu’s ‘Adidas Odds’, one for McCann Worldwide India’s ‘The Dead Hour’ and one for Leo Burnett Mumbai’s ‘Nation’s Bike’.

There were no finalists from India in the Innova Lotus, Lotus Roots, Mobile Lotus and New Director Lotus categories.
