When visitors went to LeoBurnett.com last week, they were redirected to BurnettLeo.com. Now, the agency has delinked the main website from BurnettLeo.com, but this page is still available for people to view. A website takeover explained that while the English language is read from left to right, Arabic reads right to left.

The agency took this initiative to show its subtle stand against the Donald Trump (President of United States) administration's travel restrictions on seven Muslim-majority countries.

The website also featured a tweet generator that allowed visitors to share their message for the cause. When any visitor typed a message, the generator flipped their text to read from right to left and tagged the tweet with #reverseforkindness.

Everybody in the agency started updating their titles on LinkedIn profiles to 'Human Beings. Andrew Swinand, Chief Executive of Leo Burnett in North America, also changed the main title on his LinkedIn profile to 'human being' from Chief Executive of Leo Burnett in North America.

In a note on his LinkedIn page, Swinand, said, “With this thought in mind, we made a decision on Monday to perform an act across the Leo Burnett network in the U.S. An act to demonstrate that we are united in common values of humanity, bravery and kindness. An act to demonstrate our shared belief that together, our passion, creativity and work can not only change human behaviour, but create a lasting impact of good. Today, it has extended to leoburnett.com with #reverseforkindess as a simple act of solidarity.”
