On the weekend 9 pm slot, when Salman Khan appears on the Bigg Boss' 'Weekend ka vaar' episodes, the channel has tentatively scheduled the Indian adaptation of its international singing reality show Rising Star to be aired starting February.

Rising Star follows the international format in India, allowing viewers to vote for contestants real time via mobile apps. The audition voting has already begun on the Colors TV app. Shankar Mahadevan is one of the judges. Popular Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh and Monali Thakur will also be seen on the show. The singing reality show has already roped in Oppo as its presenting sponsor.

Bigg Boss is a reality show which has housed celebrities of all sorts for over 100 days over the last nine seasons. The tenth season features people from two different strata – the common man and the celebrity. Bigg Boss 10 began on October 16, 2016 and is nearing its completion.

The upcoming show Dil Se Dil Tak traces the lives of a married couple, Parth (Sidharth Shukla) and Shorvori Bhanushali (Rashmi Desai) and a third person Teni (Jasmi Bhasin) as the three of them make way for unforeseen obstacles challenging their destinies.
