This New Year, Comedy Central celebrates its fifth birthday with an extra dose of happiness. The channel is all set to kick-start 2017 with the funniest line-up.

In January the viewers' favourite show Suits picks up from where it left off with its mid-season finale. Joe, Q, Sal and Murr come back on screen with new pranks in the premiere of Impractical Jokers Season 9. In addition, the channel also has a special birthday treat for its happiness-crusaders as it turns five.

Hashim D'Souza, Programming Head, English Entertainment, Viacom 18, said, “The last five years have been phenomenal for Comedy Central. Our viewers have become our companions in this journey to make the channel a #HappyPlace! Bringing top-notch international comedy shows to Indian television has been our endeavour and our viewers' overwhelming response has only vindicated our motto every step of the way. Commencing this year with new shows, premieres and more, we aim to further strengthen our position as our viewers' go-to destination for all things witty and hilarious.”
