Pradeep Dwivedi steps down as Chief Corporate Sale and Marketing Officer of Dainik Bhaskar

Dwivedi will take up the next assignment within media domain. He spent about four years with the newspaper as his first media assignment

Pradeep Dwivedi, Chief Corporate Sales and Marketing Officer, Dainik Bhaskar, has decided to move on to another assignment within media domain after spending close to four years at his first media assignment. Confirming the development with BestMediaInfo.com, he informed that he was on notice period till the end of next week.

On his move, Dwivedi said, "The Indian media space is getting very dynamic with transformation of traditional media businesses into audio- Visual- digital formats for millennials, while retaining the core legacy audience too. This provides enormous opportunities to lead large-scale transformations and creation of value. I am looking forward to an exciting journey ahead in this space."

Dwivedi, who is also the member of managing committees of IAA India Chapter and The Advertising Club, had joined Dainik Bhaskar from Tata Teleservices where he was Regional Chief Operating Officer and Senior VP – Enterprise Business. He had joined Tata Teleservices as General Manager – Customer Care in 2004 and spent a little over eight years with the telecom giant at various roles.

An MBA in Marketing and Finance from Punjab University, Dwivedi started his career with Eicher Motors in 1993 and had stints with GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank and American Express Bank before moving to Tata Teleservices.
