The Star English Entertainment channels will air the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards Live. Star World, Star World HD and Star World Premiere HD will also celebrate the Emmys all of September with a special line-up of the biggest Emmy nominated shows.

The Star English Entertainment Network will telecast the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards Live on September 19 in India this year for the third time in a row. The event will see the who's who of the television industry gracing the red carpet while vying for the industry's most coveted trophy.

The Emmy fever on the Star English network is not restricted to just the event, as the channels have brought much more for the audience. Star World, Star World HD and Star World Premiere HD have aired some of this year's biggest nominees every weekend all month – be it Game of Thrones or Modern Family, Homeland or Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and several more.

Ryan Murphy's 22 Emmy awards nominated show 'The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story' will air on the Emmy weekend –September 17 and 18 -- at 12 pm onwards on Star World Premiere HD. Starring the biggest stars across Hollywood and nominees at this year's Emmys – Cuba Gooding Jr., John Travolta, Sarah Paulson, David Schwimmer and Courtney B. Vance among others -- the show has received staggering 22 nominations.

A double bonanza for the weekend Emmys binge as Star World and Star World HD will showcase the glamorously hit musical drama 'Empire' on September 17 and 18, 12pm onwards. The Emmy nominated show has been shortlisted for the second consecutive time this year and continues to make an impression on the audience world-wide as the talented Taraji Henson bags her second nomination for her role as Cookie Lyon.

In case you miss the live telecast, the Star English channels will showcase the repeat of the red carpet and the awards ceremony at 8 pm, and before that, you have the entire day to catch up on the comedy nominations. Veep S5 will air across the day on Star World Premiere D. Modern Family S7 will be air on Star World and Star World HD. Modern Family stars Ty Burrell who has been nominated yet again this year for his acting par excellence as well every viewer's favourite, Sofia Vergara.

Veep features renowned comic actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus who bags her fifth consecutive Emmy nomination this year and may have her winning streak on yet again after taking four consecutive Emmys.

The scintillating line-up does not end here as the Emmy fever continues with two of the most talked about Outstanding Comedy Series Nominees on the weekend of September 24 and 25. You can watch the 11 Emmy awards nominated show of the year, Silicon Valley Season 3, 12 pm onwards on Star World Premiere HD and the incredibly funny series Black-ish, which is also in the contention for Outstanding Comedy Lead Actor and Actress, on Star World and Star World HD.
