GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) which recently consolidated its global agency roster to nine shops across advertising, digital, content, PR, expert marketing and shopper marketing recently retained most of its shops for respective verticals.

One part of the Healthcare portfolio which is primarily the pain portfolio has been globally been aligned with Saatchi and Saatchi. In India, the agencywill continue to handle GSK and Novartis' brands Otrivinand Voltaren. The other part is the cold and flu portfolio which has moved to Grey Group India. Sources close to the development have confirmed the news to BestMediaInfo.com.

Both the agencies were already handling the account and have retained them after the global review. There are a couple of brands from Grey's portfolio which will move to L&K Saatchi &Saatchi, while one brand has moved from L&K Saatchi&Saatchi to Grey.

JWT continues to handle GSK's malted-milk brand – Horlicks for the Indian market.
