Den Networks has brought in a pivotal change in its leadership and appointed SN Sharma as its CEO. This appointment has been made in a move to speed up the adoption of fast-changing technologies and to ensure the healthy performance trajectory going forward.

In February 2015, Mukesh-Ambani led Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) had appointed Sharma to lead its multi-system operator segment.
Prior to DEN, he served at Hathway Cable & Datacom as president, northern region, and IndusInd Media and Communications as vice president. Sharma has also been associated with multinationals, including Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Kent-Taylor, a part of the ABB Group, during the initial phase of his career.
Sharma is an industry veteran having over 30 years of experience of which nearly 25 years were with the media industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
