IAA Future Leaders Awards invites nominations

The entries are called from marketing companies, advertising agencies and media companies. The deadline for the same is July 31, 2016

Along with marquee events like IAA leadership awards, the IAA Olive Crown awards and IndIAA awards, International Advertising Association (IAA) - India Chapter ventured into the future leaders amongst the industry professionals last year. IAA Future Leaders award is about the young women and men who have that spark of brilliance that sets a leader apart from the rest.

IAA Future Leaders is a unique platform to acknowledge and award young talent in an organisation and help grow the pipeline of talent. The awards are an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of a young leader each in marketing companies, advertising agencies and media companies.

The winners will be recognised at an awards ceremony which will be a part of IndIAA awards to be held this year. The winners will also be sent to an all-expense-paid trip to the IAA World Congress in Abu Dhabi in early 2017.

The criteria for nomination being, the nominee should have worked in the organisation for at least one full year and should be below the age of 30.

The nominees will be short-listed by IAA based on a pre-determined set of criteria and then judged by a jury comprising of celebrated marketing, advertising and media icons, people who have been acknowledged as leaders themselves.
