NYFscrambled-grayLR-150New York Festivals International Advertising Awards is now accepting entries for the 2017 competition. New York Festivals is recognized worldwide as a touchstone for global creative excellence in advertising and marketing communications.

New York Festivals receives entries from 80+ countries in all media and NYF's powerhouse roster of competitions represents the full spectrum of creative work in the world of advertising communications. Competitions include: Activation/Engagement, Avant-Garde/Innovation, Branded Entertainment, Creative Marketing Effectiveness, Design, Digital, Direct & Collateral, Film & Film Craft, Integrated Media Campaign, Media, Mobile, Outdoor/Out of Home, Package & Product Design, Print, Public & Media Relations, Public Service Announcements, Radio, and Student.

Each year, New York Festivals recognizes exceptional contributions by individuals and companies within the international advertising community. In addition to Best of Show, Global Brand of the Year, Global Agency Network of the Year, Regional Agency of the Year and Best New Agency of the Year, special awards include: Boutique Agency of the Year, Independent Agency of the Year, and newly launched in 2016, Best Commercial Film Director.

All entries are judged by 400+ members of New York Festivals Executive and Grand Juries, a brain trust of global creative minds, who collectively cast over 400,000 votes to select the World's Best Advertising.

For the 7th year in a row, the 2017 Executive Jury, an elite panel of 24+ high-level chief creative officers, will meet together in New York April 7 – 11, 2017. The Executive Jury will select the World's Best Advertising winners from the shortlisted winners selected by the Grand Jury during five days of live judging sessions. The 2017 Executive Jury and Grand Jury will be announced in the coming weeks.

The 2017 New York Show creative panel sessions and networking events will take place on Thursday, May 18, at the NYIT Auditorium, 1871 Broadway, between 61st & 62nd Street. The annual New York Show awards ceremony and gala will be held that evening at the world-class performance space, Jazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P Rose Hall, Broadway at 60th Street, New York City.

Entries submitted by December 16, 2016 can save 10 per cent of their entry fees by using the code NP2017. The 2017 competition entry deadline is January 31.
