Red FM has announced the launch of the network’s biggest IP so far, the ‘Riders Music Festival’. The one-stop destination for all things such as biking, adventure and fun, the festival has been conceptualised by Red FM and Phoenix Live.
The first edition of Riders Music Festival will be held in New Delhi at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium Grounds from December 3 to 4 this year. While the core theme of the festival is about the ‘masters and their machines’, the event will also be for non-bikers, primarily the youth, as it will combine music from some of the best performers globally, a grub station that promises a culinary treat and exciting adventure sports.
Building up the momentum towards the festival will be the breakfast rides that will kick-start on September 18, 2016, at 5:30 am from Moolchand to the Jewar toll plaza on Taj Expressway. The ride will see over 130 super bikers participating and celebrating the essence of brotherhood with key focus on promoting ‘safety while riding’. Adding to the excitement, the three popular superbiking clubs from Delhi -- Gods, Motorhead Motorcycle Club and Iron Man Motorcycle Club -- will participate and encourage riders across the country to live the biking brotherhood.
Nisha Narayana, COO, Red FM, said, “Innovation, consumer relevance and connect, and riveting content – these have been the cornerstones of the brand Red FM. We have always ideated on building and sustaining new and exciting platforms to connect with listeners, while being in the space of our core competence – music. That is how the Riders Music Festival was conceptualised. It will be a one-stop leisure destination for everyone to relax, revive and re-ignite energies. While we start this year with Delhi-NCR, next year, we plan to take Rider’s Music Festival to different parts of the country celebrating individuality and freedom synonymous to every rider in the country.”
Ticket sales will go live shortly on BookMyShow.
