Bang in the Middle (BITM) has roped in two emerging, talented creative leaders to strengthen its creative services. Hitesh Jain and Arnab Mitra have joined the agency as Creative Directors.

Naresh Gupta, Managing Partner, BITM, said, “We are growing, and more brands are entrusting us with their mandate. With Hitesh and Arnab on board, the agency is looking at offering better brand thinking and solutions.”

Jain has a total experience of around 11 years. Before joining BITM he has worked with Dentsu, JWT, Wieden+Kennedy and Ogilvy (Mumbai). He has worked on brands like Maruti, Hero Motocorp, airtel, Nokia, Chevrolet beat, Star Network, Amaron, Bank of India, Close-Up, to name a few.

“For me Bang in the Middle is the natural place to work. The opportunity is immense and the brands are super exciting," Jain said.

Mitra has ten years of advertising and marketing experience having worked in Australia, Italy and India. He moves from TBWA Mumbai. Before TBWA he was with O&M Mumbai, W+K Delhi, and local agencies in Australia and Italy. He has worked on brands like Yamaha Superbikes, Origin Energy, D&G, Audi, Royal Enfield, Datsun, Oberoi Hotels, Cigna TTK, L'Oreal among others.

He said, "I've been watching how BITM has been evolving as a new-age integrated advertising agency from the outside. So, when Prathap and Naresh asked me to be a part of this brave new world, it was an opportunity that was too good to miss. And that's why I'm here."
