Amit Sarkar, COO, Kinetic Worldwide, GroupM's outdoor arm, has put in his papers. Sources close to the development have confirmed the news to BestMediaInfo.com. He is said to have quit due to personal reasons.

Sarkar, who had joined Kinetic Worldwide in 2008, has over 15 years of experience in the fields of print and out of home. He has worked with organisations like Clear Channels as Business Head and as General Manager at Posterscope for more than a year. He was also Senior Manager at Madison Communications for almost two years.
