Outbrain’s guided personalisation platform will deliver content recommendations, real-time decision-making tools and analysis to support editorial teams

India.com and Outbrain, a leading global content discovery platform, announced the details of a multi-year strategic partnership yesterday. The deal will empower the media company and its properties, which include Zeenews.com,dnaindia.com, Bollywoodlife.com, Cricketcountry.com, OnCars.in, Prepsure.com, BGR.in, Careerfundas.com,TheHealthSite.com, Travel.india.com and Video.india.com. It aims to fully leverage Outbrain’s guided personalisationplatform, which includes Outbrain Engage, a full-stack software solution providing services such as content performance analytics and editorial decision support tools.
The partnership will empower India.com to manage their own content recommendations while maximising the monetisation of their audience to other content publishers, driving increased audience engagement and providing key insights about their core digital users. The site currently receives over 45 million unique visitors per month. Worldwide, Outbrain serves an additional 200 billion recommendations per month to consumers in over 150 countries. Its reach combines premium local publishers, as well as global sites like CNN, ESPN, The Guardian, Le Monde, Time Inc. and Mashable.
India.com also confirmed their plans to implement Outbrain’s recently launched product, Native In-Feed. The product, announced last month, allows publishers Outbrain platform to serve native, in-stream advertising for the first time. Through Native In-Feed, Outbrain partners will now be able to sell and deliver their own campaigns to their audiences.
