Ashish Bhasin takes charge of Dentsu's entire India ops as Rohit Ohri relocates to Singapore

Ohri has been appointed CEO of Dentsu Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) covering all markets in the region outside of Dentsu's home territory. All Dentsu agencies hitherto reporting to Ohri will now report to Bhasin, including Taproot and Dentsu Webchutney

Dentsu Aegis Network today announced the geographic expansion of Rohit Ohri's role. Having previously led Dentsu in India and Asia Pacific South, Ohri has now been appointed CEO of Dentsu Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) covering all markets in the region outside of Dentsu's home territory. For his new role, Ohri is relocating from Delhi to Singapore.

Dentsu plans to bring all its India operations, creative as well as media, under a common leadership. Ashish Bhasin, Chairman & CEO South Asia, Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN), has taken charge of the entire India operations of Dentsu and DAN. All Dentsu agencies hitherto reporting to Ohri will now report to Bhasin, including Taproot and Dentsu Webchutney.
